A Large-Scale Live-Action Musical in Shanxi Province, China

This live-action musical, “Old Castle,” uses LX1000 BSWF 4-in-1 LED profile moving lights, LB380 digital moving lamp beams, LW500 LED zoom moving washes, LED outdoor waterproof washes OD648, OD168, OD1910, OD504Z, and strobe waterproof lights ST1080, totaling about 1000 sets of various LQE intelligent lighting fixtures, which brought wonderful performances to local tourists. There is another more important factor. The reason why we use LQE is that we need durable lamps. Since we are in a tourist attraction, outdoor performances are part of the tourist program. The high-intensity use of lamps every night is a big challenge for the performance and durability of the lights. This cannot be known in a day or two, so the LQE team provided me with a lot of outdoor cases for reference and also allowed me to visit other domestic projects. Many outdoor lamps are always on every night. After 3-4 years, the effect is still very good, even better than some new lamps. This eliminated my original concerns.
